Memory cards

Our digital devices have memory cards.  It stores and records lots of data.  Records of long time ago can be found with just one touch or click.  Thanks to new technology.  We now can store our memories in digital forms.  Digital photos and videos are within easy reach.  And they are not too costly.  People even cut and paste digital photos to make beautiful digital albums.

I too want to store the wonderful things happened in my life.  I use photos, writings, sourveniers/things to remind myself of things happened to me, the mark of grace from God.  My brain memory is decaying so I want to keep records of my life in various forms so that when I forgot about it, my records can bring back the memories in my life and I will always give praise unto God.

This picture is a reminder of Grace of God.  God provided us the necessary resources to grow these fruits.  They are delicious, juicy and delighting to eyes.  I surely want to remind myself always how wonderful is our Heavenly Father.

Welcome to Puretea!

My family >>>>>>>>>>>

Last December. A wonderful family time in Daylesford. With wine to warm us and good food to renew our strength.

At this Christmas (2005), I would like to share with you a simple recipe. This chocolate dessert will surely welcome by old and young.

You will need:-

  • 250gm Semi-sweet cooking chocolate or any semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup roasted mix nuts as per your preference (peanuts, almond, walnuts etc)
  • 1/2 cup each raisin and slightly crushed plain cornflakes
  1. Place a bowl over a pan with boiling water. Break chocolate into smaller pieces, put them all into the bowl. Stir constantly to melt.
  2. In another bowl put half portion of each dry ingredients, pour half of the melted chocolate on the nuts mixture. Stir to coat well, spoon into small paper cups.
  3. Leave to harden at room temperature. Keep in airtight container up to two weeks.

Ideas :-

Place these chocolate nuts in plastic bags, put into gift box and give them as sweet gifts during Christmas, valentine, birthday, encouragement etc.

You may also put them into paper muffin cups, then into plastic bags, tie with ribbons, add a small note before send them out.

We can act without Love, but we can never Love without any kind acts.
